What is your return policy for thrifted goods?

We offer a 14-day return window for store credit on most items, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased. Please note that items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Thrift Pony ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.

How often do you add new inventory?

We drop new arrivals every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM EST. Since our items are unique one-offs, we recommend acting fast on pieces you love!
