At Thrift Pony, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, so we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a digital gift card to your email which can be used immediately for your next vintage haul.
